What a great name for a formula! Rising Courage or Wen Dan Tang is a Chinese Herbal Medicine formula used for those with excess phlegm and an imbalance between the gallbladder and the stomach. In Chinese Medicine, the gallbladder energy is responsible for one’s courage and a lack of it would cause timidity and anxiety.

- Imm.Bitter Orange – Zhi Shi (16%)
- Pinellia Root – Ban Xia (16%)
- Citrus peel – Chen Pi (24%)
- Poria Fungus skin – Fu Ling (12%)
- Licorice root – Gan Cao (8%)
- Ginger root – Sheng Jiang (8%)
Inactive Ingredients: Filtered water, ethyl alcohol (20%)
* 20 drops ? 1/4 tspn. (1.25 ml) & contains extractives of 1250 mg of herb.

Dosage Instructions for Wen Dan Tang (Rising Courage):
Shake Well before each use.
Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.
Augmented Serving: Take 1 full tsp. 2 to 3 times daily in warm

water or juice or as directed by a qualified herbalist familiar with the use of Chinese herbs and formulas.
